Printed to order
Every Elderspoke journal is printed after you place your order, because each cover carries a name that only exists on your copy. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
Delivery times
Standard shipping is free on every order and arrives in 10 to 14 business days. Priority shipping is $9.99 and arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Both figures cover printing and delivery together, not delivery alone.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include US public holidays.
Where we ship

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you have not received it within 7 business days of ordering, write to hello@elderspoke.com and we will check on it.
Shipping to a different address
You can ship straight to your parent or grandparent. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. We do not include an invoice or a price anywhere in the package.
If something goes wrong
If your book arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email hello@elderspoke.com with your order number. We will reprint and reship it at our cost. No return needed for a damaged book, and no argument about it.
